Description
Commercial grade 26 ft Morgan Olson step van body on a 2020 Freightliner MT55 chassis, built out as a full service mobile kitchen. The white aluminum body has three hinged roof hatches with tinted glass for natural light and ventilation, a Dometic rooftop air conditioner, a stainless louvered hood exhaust on the curb side, and an exterior LPG compartment with quick connect fittings. Inside you get a long galley layout with a 48 in flat top, two basket fryer, six burner range, Type 1 hood with fire suppression, three compartment sink, hand sink, 40 gallon fresh and gray water tanks, and a 7,000 watt onboard generator. Rear entry door with window, fold down rear step, exterior LED work lights and a backup camera. Health department ready and suited to taco, burger, breakfast or catering operations that want room for a crew of four.
